Building Bridges
Our Saint Stephen outreach ministry is designed to connect our church with the greater New Holland community through service, fellowship, and the sharing of God’s Word. Our mission is to glorify God while blessing both our congregation and our neighbors, remembering the call to “let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16
Our Vision
Inspired by Christ’s command to “love your neighbor as yourself” (Mark 12:31), this ministry seeks to build meaningful relationships and offer practical support. Through intentional acts of kindness and community programs, we aim to serve as a bridge between need and provision, acting as the “body of Christ and individually members of it.” (1Corinthians 12:27)
Upcoming Programs & Opportunities
Financial Peace University: We seek to model biblical stewardship with offering this class periodically.
CrossNet Partnership: We are working closely with CrossNet to develop deeper community connections, following the exhortation to “bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)
Hospitality Team: We are forming a team to ensure every visitor feels the warmth of Christ, practicing the call to “show hospitality to one another without grumbling.” (1Peter 4:9)

Financial Peace University starts April 16!
Dates: Thursday evenings, 7 pm – 8:30 pm approximately, April 16 – June 11
Location: St. Stephen Church, Zwingli Hall
Course Description: Financial peace starts with a plan! The entire foundation for handling money is laid out for you in nine lessons. This is the fastest, most streamlined way to get control of your resources and begin to see the light of a bright financial future.
There is real support from our FPU leadership and class members with a proven system that works to simplify money, beat debt, create wealth and have the freedom to serve as God leads you.
Live in peace, change your family legacy and learn to handle money God’s way. After our nine-week class the average FPU graduate is debt free in two years or less. Almost 10 million people have been helped through this program to win with money!
Cost: $80 per person or family, includes workbook, live and video instruction, snacks, free childcare. Scholarships available.
